WhatsApp +971 58 181 0789. It’s the same number for calls, and it’s answered 24 hours a day, so 2am in a departure lounge is a perfectly normal time to message. If you’d rather use a form, the booking page collects the details and opens WhatsApp for you.

What to put in your first message

Everything we need to quote fits in one message:

  • Pickup point and drop-off (hotel name, address or airport and terminal)
  • Date and time, or the flight number for an airport pickup
  • Number of passengers and large suitcases
  • Children’s ages, if you need child seats
  • The car you’d like, if you have one in mind
  • The name for the name board

For example: “DXB Terminal 3, flight [number] landing 14:20 on 14 March, to Atlantis The Palm. 2 adults, 1 child aged 3, 2 large bags. S-Class if possible.”

That’s enough for a fixed fare in one reply. Not sure which car fits? Leave it out and we’ll suggest one, or browse the chauffeur fleet first.

Bookings are answered 24 hours a day, every day. We’re based in Dubai and cover Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, with trips to Ajman and Al Ain. That includes pickups at all six airports on our UAE airport transfers page.

Questions travellers ask

Can I call instead of sending a WhatsApp message?

Yes. +971 58 181 0789 takes calls as well as WhatsApp messages, and you can also dial it locally as 058 181 0789. A call is quicker for a question. For a booking we'll still confirm the details and the fixed fare in writing on WhatsApp, so you and the driver have the same information.

Do I need a UAE phone number to message you?

No. WhatsApp works from any country, so you can message us from home before you fly or from airport Wi-Fi after you land. Include a mobile number that will work in the UAE, or tell us to reach you on WhatsApp only, so the driver can contact you in arrivals.

Can I book a transfer for someone else?

Yes. Send the passenger's name exactly as it should appear on the name board, their flight number and their mobile number. We confirm the booking and the fixed fare with you, and the passenger's number lets the driver reach them on the day.

How do I change a booking after it's confirmed?

Message the same WhatsApp thread with the new time, address or flight number. If the change affects the fare, for example a bigger car or an extra stop, we tell you the new fixed fare before the trip. A new flight number on its own is easy: flight tracking picks up the new landing time.

What should I do if I can't find my driver at the airport?

Message or call +971 58 181 0789 and tell us which terminal and exit you're standing at. The driver waits in arrivals with a name board, and airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting, so there's no need to rush through baggage reclaim or take a taxi.
